Do you know that feeling you get when you are standing in line at an amusement park for a ride that is so huge and the anticipation is nearly killing you??? And the more butterflies you have in your stomach the better you know the ride is gonna be. Well….if you don’t have any idea what I am talking about I apologize, but I love coasters, can ya tell? That was the feeling I got when Lisa saw my ascot blouse I was wearing at our meeting and said, “I like your shirt. I bet you are going to like our wedding! I am wearing a 100yr old dress!!!” Hello!! This was a Cedar Point kind of ride anticipation we are talking about here.
Oh my, was I ever excited. I restrained myself from doing fist pumps and acting like a giddy school girl in fear that she would then look at me with fear and leave the table immediately thus me not getting to shoot this amazing wedding!
John Paul and I knew that their wedding was going to be simply rocking, and we were not disappointed! Rick and Lisa, well, I can’t say enough good things about this couple!! Lisa was just so sweet, gentle , laid back, and so genuine! Rick is attentive, kind, funny, and just straight up NICE:). River Palm Cottages & Fish Camp was the perfect backdrop for this laid back, gorgeous wedding that was choc full of understated elegance that I just swooned over! The small ceremony under a huppah set beneath palm trees was perfect. (Ahhhhh…….. relaxing:) These two were so in love, and the family and friends that surrounded them were just so great you could tell that Lisa and Rick are well loved by those around them. This wedding was as stress free as a wedding could ever be; it was simply perfect. Thank you Lisa and Rick for letting us ride on one of the most amazing wedding coasters… heheh:) It was a thrill!
Yes I am nerdy; I will admit readily to this:) And start scrolling so you can see her amazing dress!!
Rick built this little boat for the wedding. It was so stinkin’ cute he said that it was their first yacht and that it would hopefully get bigger as the years go by…
This Dress….. Did I tell you?! WOW!
Just love that her mom did her hair for her wedding. It helps that she is a hair dresser but, man.. It is, like, a mother’s dream of doing her little girl’s hair and then to top it off with flowers…:)

Their first kiss as a married couple and afterwords they just hugged and hugged…

The amazing, incredible, delicious food and reception were provided by Chef’s Table.
The perfectly relaxing and delightful venue was River Palm Cottages & Fish Camp.
Seriously loving the flowers by the always talented Barbara from Country Club Florists.
